Another Quickscope Montage. Enjoy :)

This video shows all different types of sniping so take notes!

Modern Warfare 2: Sniping

When sniping it is important to play coservatively and not rush too much. Finding a good spot can make it alot easier on you. It is important to have tactics that can help you play better. Camping is another thing though, camping is where you stay in the same spot all game just waiting for people to run by. Camping will not make you have more friends, as a matter of fact, you will probably get "Hate Mail." Getting killstreaks while sniping is extremely hard especially with the limited amount of ammo. Therefore, you have to make the most of each bullet.

What does FMJ really do?

The attachment FMJ (full metal jacket) is an attachment used when sniping. Most gamers prefer this attachment but what does it really do? FMJ is said to make your bullets more powerful and damaging through surfaces such as walls. However, watching some YouTube clips on it, FMJ only really works when you are shooting through a wall. Otherwise, it will take the same amount of bullets to kill someone with or without FMJ.

Example: No Scoping

Here is a great demostration of a no scope. However, don't expect to be getting kills like this alot!

Different Types of Sniping

There are three main types of sniping in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.
-Hard Scoping
-Quick Scoping
-No Scoping
Hard scoping is when you aim entirely into the scope and quickscoping is where you barely look into your scope. No scoping is using NO scope to hit a target. This is a pretty simple concept. Probably the most difficult form of sniping is no scoping, but this a technique that not many gamers use. Many gamers are able to quickscope pretty well and hard scoping is pretty easy. Here, I will post a video on no scopes just so you get the idea!

Search and Destroy Quicksckoping

When playing search and destroy it is important to have technique as well as skill. Some players prefer to work with teammates when playing while others play individual. I would say that a team is probably more effective than playing individually. When sniping on search and destroy it is important to have your technique mastered because there is no respawn in search and destroy. You only get one life per found in search and destroy. Probably the most exciting part of search and destroy is the "Game Winning Kill". I will post a video so you can check it out.
