Attachments
Hi everybody. Today I am going to talk about which attachments to use for your sniper rile. The two most popular are probably FMJ (full metal jacket) and extended magazines. FMJ is said to make your bullets more damaging through surfaces such as walls. Extended magazines don't give you more ammo but give you more bullets per magazine. Other attachments that people use include heart beat sensor, silencer, ACOG scope, thermal scope, and others. This attachments may be better for you but I would recommend FMJ or Extended Magazines for sure. Let me know what attachments you use!

Video For Quickscope Beginners
Here is a quick video to help you beginners out there get started with you quickscoping.
Advanced Shots and Skills
There are many techniques and skills you can master while quickscoping. On technique is the drag shot where you aim and then drag the scope across to hit your target. Another good skill to have for quickscoping is the quickdraw. For the quickdraw, it is best to set your back-up weapons to an akimbo handgun. A quickdraw occurs at close range when you miss your target with a sniper rifle, you quickly change to you backup gun to get the kill. This is a very important skill to have especially when you aren't aiming to well with your sniper. Probably the most advanced skill for quickscoping in Modern Warfare 2 is the no scope. A no scope is quite simply when you don't aim down the sight of your sniper rifle. However I believe the most challenging shot is the spin shot ( mostly 360 degrees) . During you rotation of the spin you have to find a way to aim at your target and get the kill. I will post a video so you can better understand this amazing type of quickscoping!

Hints on Quickscoping
I have a few hints and advice to give when it comes to quickscoping on Modern Warfare 2. First off, a great tip that many gamers do not know about is quite simple, turn your vibration off. This may not seem like it will do much but it makes a dramatic differences because it truthfully steadies your aim! Also the sensitivity needs to be customized to what fits you best, some gamers use high sensitivity (around 8-10) while others prefer to use lower sensitivity like 6 or lower. I prefer to use some where around 6 or 7. If your sensitivity is too low you will have trouble controlling your aim and hitting you desired target. If you sensitvity is too high, you will not be able to aim well unless you have practiced before. Tell me what sensitivity you use and if this helped you!

Perks and Equipment
The video posted above is a great example of qucikscoping. Although many of us, including me, aren't as talented as Salvarth (gamer from the video). The best perks to use for quickscoping is Sleight of Hand Pro. This perk allows faster reloads and quicker ADS (aim down sight). The faster ADS helps an emormous amount when it comes to sniping. The second perk that most people chooose is stopping power, this perk makes the bullets more damaging and effective. The third perk is completely up to you, most people would use steady aim but other gamers use ninja or commando. When it comes to equipment, I would say that the throwing knife or claymore is the most popular but as you can see in this video some gamers even use tactical insertion.

Modern Warfare 2. Intervention or Barret .50 Cal?
In Modern Warfare 2 there aren't very many options when it comes to quickscoping sniper rifles. Some guns such as the M21 Ebr or the Wa2000 are just not meant for quickscoping. Most of the time quickscopers use the Intervention sniper rifle. The other main option for a quickscoping sniper rifle is the Barrett .50 Cal. In my opion, the Intervention is more powerful and takes more talent to use rather than the Barrett .50 Cal. However, the Barrett .50 Cal takes less time in between shots and has more rounds per magazine. When it comes to accuracy, I believe that both are the same. It just depends on which gun your prefer personally. I prefer to use the Intervention mainly becuase I tend to experience greater accuracy and it is more challenging for quickscoping. Although when hardscoping at a large map such as Afghan, using the Barrett .50 Cal may be more effective. When playing Search and Destroy, the majority of the gamers use the Intervention which helps my theory that most online players prefer to use the Intervention as their main sniper rifle. Tell me what you think and what sniper rifle you use in Modern Warfare 2!
